Tonight we start our LEAVES tour with a sold out show in Store VEGA in Copenhagen. We are ready and excited! Doors open at 19:00 and we go on stage at 20:00.

Tomorrow we were supposed to continue the tour in Uppsala, but we regret to inform that the Uppsala concert has been cancelled due to logistical reasons out of our control. All tickets will be refunded and their will be no rescheduling.

Next week the tour continues in The Netherlands for the Cross-linx festival in Eindhoven, Groningen, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. The week after we visit London on March 9th and Brussels on March 10th.

Here is a photo of Lisbeth Balslev – one of the two soprano singers in the show. It was her Birthday yesterday. She turned 72. She is our hero!

With the release of ‘Wind‘ the two filmmakers Jonas Bang and Søren Rye have completed their series of videos for the entire ‘Leaves – The Colour of Falling‘ opera album by Efterklang & Karsten Fundal. The films feature Ursula Andkjær Olsen‘s lyrics for ‘Leaves’ illustrated by Fie Lindholm.

The videos were all filmed in the nuclear basement where ‘Leaves – The Colour of Falling’ had its premiere during Copenhagen Opera Festival in the Summer of 2015. The scenography of Marie Rosendahl Chemnitz is featured in the videos and credit is also due to Christian Lollike who directed the Copenhagen Opera Festival performances.  The videos are made with support from The Danish Arts Council and with support from DJBFA and Koda’s Cultural Funds.
